Guest: Janice Englehart Janice Englehart joined U.S. Embassy Beijing’s Cultural Affairs Section in August 2016 after managing art and cultural programs for 5 years at U.S. Consulate Guangzhou. She programs events for music, film, and the performing arts, as well as coordinates the Embassy’s speakers program. In addition to her work in arts management, Janice has over 25 years of experience in the fields of environment, health, and social services. She has worked extensively with public, private, and not-for-profit organizations in policy analysis, public involvement programming, and project management. Janice holds Masters degrees in Public Health and Social Work from Columbia University and a B.A in Philosophy and German from the University of Notre Dame.
