Chinese Companies: We help Chinese companies to understand US markets and culture, learn from Western advanced management, marketing and sales practices. If a Chinese company wishes to enter or expand business in the US, we help to define and develop effective market entry/expansion strategies, connect and leverage appropriate market resources, develop business opportunities, locate partners, and execute their strategy.
American Companies: We can also provide assistance to US based companies and leaders wishing to expand business in China by providing the same methodology as above.
