A speech in China about career development and business culture in the U.S. & China

I am very impressed by the US Embassy activities in China.  With my very limited exposure to the US Embassy in my life, I only knew that the Embassy handles visa applications and sometimes important diplomatic arrangements and issues.  In the fall of 2016, I was invited as a speaker to China by US Embassy, and they arranged a series of events for me to share with various audiences in three cities from September 25 to 30, From this engagement, I discovered the other many things that the US Embassy does.  Almost every American employee I met in the US Embassy or Consulate speaks Chinese!  They are very much integrated to the local culture and economy.  I was very impressed by the efforts they made. 

Below is one of the event promotions the US Embassy in Beijing did for my speech. They used the most popular Chinese social media tools such as Weibo and WeChat to promote the event, with Chinese and English. Impressive, right?
