- Leadership Circle Profile™ 360° Assessment: A comprehensive, research‑based assessment that reveals your leadership strengths, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Includes an in‑depth report and personalized debrief to guide your development with precision and insight.
- Executive Leadership Frameworks: Access proven models—such as the Universal Model of Leadership™—selected specifically to support your growth. These frameworks help you expand your influence, inspire your team, and lead effectively in dynamic environments.
- Strategic Stakeholder & Systems Perspective: Strengthen your ability to manage stakeholders, align teams, and navigate organizational systems with clarity and confidence.

Terms and Conditions: Your full payment must be received 48 hours prior to the first session, or the scheduled date and time will be released. To reschedule, contact Michelle via email no later than 24 hours than the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late constitutes a “no-show” and is non-refundable. When you book your first session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Additional Coaching Sessions: You are welcome to schedule additional ad-hoc coaching sessions with Michelle at the conclusion of your package engagement at a rate of $500 per hour.
